WINTER CAMP
UPDATE!
as of
November 1, 2009
E3 Inc. will not hold Winter Camp, as originally scheduled, December
2009 and January 2010.
It is with regret we must cancel this program due to increasing costs,
coupled with custodial and utility fees we are mandated to pay for
using LAUSD and PUSD facilities during this time frame.
The last day of E3 prior to Winter Break is December 18, 2009.
The first day E3 resumes after Winter Break for LA Unified Schools is
January 11, 2010.
The first day E-3 resumes after Winter Break for Pomona Unified Schools
is January 4, 2010.
This also applies to The Los Feliz Charter School for the Arts.
We trust this early notification will allow you to make provisions for
your child elsewhere during this time.

Pro-Rating
Our
staff
serves your children during all early dismissal days, minimum days, and
teacher-conference days throughout the entire school year at no
additional cost. E-3 will
pro-rate the months of December,
January and April for students who
participate in our
5 day-a-week programs however, students receiving free or reduced
scholarships attending 5 days-a-week are
not entitled to an
additional reduction through pro-rating. Pro-rating does not apply to
students attending less than
5 days-a-week.
