How To Enroll In E3

  1. Fill out an enrollment form. These forms are available at your schools main office or you can download from our website –Forms to Download
     
  2. A $50 non-refundable registration fee must accompany your enrollment form to secure your child’s place in the program.
    • This is an annual fee and not applied to tuition.
    • If you would like to pay by credit card, please call our office and we will arrange that for you, or you can download the, “Credit Card Authorization Form” from our website, “Forms to Download”.
       
  3. Mail the enrollment form and check to:

Upon receipt of both items, we will mail you a complete registration packet. If you are a returning E3 family, we will send you only updated forms for the 2009-2010 school year.

All Registration Forms must be returned to our office at the above address before the first day of school if you would like your child to start on the first day of school. There is a 24-hour turnaround once we receive all your completed paperwork before your child can start the program.
